The goal is to shut ACA down ..Republicans and the Insurance companies have tried all sorts of ways to end the ACA even calling it Obamacare ..The Insurance companies never liked the 5 provisions it gave all of us ..preexisting illness, no caps, ect..they shut it down those 5 provisions end too..
