Wonderful day hiking the Centennial trail from McGillivray Falls parking lot to the Bear Lake lot (with a quick detour to Hanson's Creek bridge for lunch). Approx 14km. Started out foggy at 12C and ended sunny at 25C. Very humid and not a breath of wind. #Manitoba #hiking

A new hiking season begins! Went out to Elk Island today for the annual summer trek. A windy, cool, unsettled day that caused the waves to bring in deeper water for the water crossing (knee deep). The north facing beach on the island is always an amazing place. #Manitoba #hiking
