Become informed consumers & start reading labels.

Eat real ingredients.

Avoid ultra processed foods, seed oils, natural flavors (which is the complete opposite of anything natural), artificial coloring, added sugar & ingredients you can't pronounce.

Less toxins = Feeling better

Purposefully book self care time in your calendar each day.

Do something just for you: take a bubble bath, read a book, have a cuppa tea or coffee, spend time with a friend, go cold plunging or take some time in the spa or sauna, get a massage, exercise & move your body.

Inspired by @samehereglobal.bsky.social, we need to take our brain to the gym each day.

On stage during the #Ignite, I invited the audience to close one nostril & breathe in & then switch to the other nostril to breathe out. Simple breathing exercises can help regulate our nervous systems.
