Chris I have an observation that just came to me after Alicia Menendez interviewed Susan Rice. So Trump’s negotiator for Ukraine Witloff was in Russia at the time, if he was on the call too, then he and Trump wanted Putin to know about the upcoming raid, as Russia would snatch, steal and listen in.
