In my latest piece, I mentioned Barbara Smith. The Barbara Smith of the Combahee River Collective and how a people's pension was created to assist her as an elder. There's actually a Patreon to assist, I'm a supporter. Her people reached out to say they've seen an uptick in support due to my post.
