Omg...best thing I have made for a long time. Self care food after wrestling taxes into submission. Soft corn tortillas with a base of cream cheese, sauteed onion, asparagus & mushrooms, gf crusted cod and rough chopped Queso Fresco...plus creamy spicy sauce and Taco Bell mild sauce. Oh...my....

It is always a race to my chair in the office...mostly Mugi wins. And then gloats until he is in my lap.

Siamese are blessedly weird, and love showing off their bellies. Grew up with them in the 60's...and own one now. I understand.

9 months since I adopted this beautiful boy, and after 5 months of isolation and treatment for ringworm...he is the cat I dreamed of after losing my Ocicats Oliver and Stanley. A spitting image of my favorite childhood cat, Java...Mugi is a gift from the universe.

I do get some really yummy sunset color in the winter from my windows.
