I am grateful you are our governor, Mr. Newsom in this uncertain time under the Trump regime. It causes great anxiety, but knowing you are a governor helps me sleep and kiss me solace thank you for standing up to him and standing up for our state and for democracy.

That's exactly how it’s going to play out. Core supporters left out in the cold, no promises kept while the rich keep getting richer. The core supporters don’t even realize it. It will be interesting to watch. I only wish I could turn the channel.

Thos is breaking my heart to see our democracy slip away. I don’t want tomorrow to come, but the only way to get out of hell is to go through it. Stay strong everyone.

I always enjoyed seeing my grandchildren and children’s pictures they post on FB, although I didn’t post very much myself. But my values are not aligned with FB and I can’t stay on with them any longer. I’m going to miss seeing the photos from my family members, but I am delegating my account.

Trump was only playing pretend. Let’s pretend I care about grocery prices. Let’s pretend I care about you. Let’s pretend I will be a president for you. It’s what he doesn’t say that is the truth. His actions speak louder than words.

The writing on the wall reads like Elon Musk is in control, and Trump is subservient to him while Putin is the puppet master.

It feels i’m living in a nightmare, and I can’t wake up. like we’ve been taken hostage by criminal thugs who are part of the Russian family. How could this be? I’ll watch a good movie to try to escape, but the government should pay for our therapy bills but that would require universal healthcare.

I’m glad she’s addressing the young people and I know she could’ve addressed everyone of all ages, but I’m listening to it. I have enough emotional maturity to realize that these words are important for all of us to hear.

I asked my sister yesterday point blank “ would you put our country before Trump?” She could not say yes or no. I’m so sad. I love her. She’s got the MAGA plague.

We need more journalist like you to stand up for truth! I will never read the LA times again.
