SB 285 'Housing Matters' forces local law enforcement to fine, ticket, & jail Hoosiers for having nowhere to sleep & is scheduled for hearing Wednesday at 1:30pm.
CALL & WRITE your Senator & tell them to NOT ALLOW SB 285 TO PASS THE JUDICIARY COMMITTEE as long as Class C misdemeanor is included!
