Hi! Not-Gymminburg, here. I would recommend bone conducting headphones. Most wrap around but don’t cover your ears, are lightweight, and you can still hear the outside world in case you want to avoid cars when going for a run, or if someone wants to annoy you at the gym and beg to use the leg press.
