This is outrageous, and we need answers.

If this is how the Trump administration treated a United States senator while the cameras are on, ask yourself: what will they do to ordinary people?

Pro tip for Democrats: if Trump is congratulating you, you fucked up.

These Senate Democrats have shown they are willing to sell out their constituents. They can’t be trusted. It’s the budget now, but what will it be later.

Today the biggest split among Democrats is between those who want to stand and fight and those who want to play dead.

House Democrats united to stand and fight. Too many Senate Democrats played dead.

We need more leaders from the stand and fight wing of the Democratic Party.

Cool so what happens if GOP attach a national abortion ban to a CR? You'll vote for that too?

🚮
My YES vote is *not* an endorsement of this deeply flawed CR.

My YES vote is 💯 about refusing to shut our government down.

I refuse to punish working families and plunge millions of Americans into chaos.

I will never, ever, ever, ever, ever vote to shut our government down.

I hope every single Senate Democrat that votes for Cloture sees a quick and embarrassing ending of their political careers. For some like Schumer, it is already far past due.

Yes a shutdown would have consequences.

And a Republican President, Republican House, and Republican Senate would be responsible.

They have acted in a unilateral and unprecedented way.

Democrats cannot cave. They must fight back.

Chucky Schumer: I’m voting yes on cloture

Is it just that such a sizable portion of Americans have been mentally manipulated, or has there always been this much Nazi sympathy just beneath the surface? In any truly civilized society this would be an absolute full stop. This man would be castigated. We need him out of our government!!! NOW!!

Not all men.

And yet, in that Idaho town hall, every single man stayed silent. Every. Single. One.

Silence protects the enablers. Silence fails the victim.

For the first weeks, Americans seemed frozen, expecting institutions to do something. Americans were used to “checks and balances” and “guardrails” working. That didn’t happen. People realized that they had to take matters into their own hands.

CPAC is a Klan rally without the hoods. Oh, and with Nazis. Just because people are well-dressed doesn’t mean they’re not trash. They’re saying all the quiet parts out loud now.

So let's get this straight: The U.S. and Elon are now extorting Ukraine and threatening to turn off their Starlink Internet access unless they give their critical rare earth minerals to the United States? Staggering levels of corruption.

It's time to pick up our buckets and put out the fires of fascism. Together. #50501movement #politicalrevolution
It took the Nazis one month, three weeks, two days, eight hours, and 40 minutes to dismantle a constitutional republic.

When the fire starts to burn, every good person better be ready to man a post with a bucket of water if you want to stop it from raging out of control.

Oh yea, this person seems perfectly competent. Christ! 😱
wearing sunglasses inside and following an event where he at times had a hard time speaking coherently, Elon Musk walks off the CPAC stage waving around a chain saw. this is the guy currently running our government. Congrats, America!

If what’s going on isn’t unethical, I don’t know what is. Maybe we should all call/email the US Office of Government Ethics and voice our complaints. Be a squeaky wheel.

Here is their statement.
