That would be my peers in the military band I was playing in. We were always reading their arrangements while the conductor and composer would trouble shoot. One really gifted composer/arranger was and still is Dwayne Milburn although he was an officer not a peer.

I feel your pain. I live in France and switch keyboards and languages frequently. The accents keep creeping into thé English texts. It can be à struggle.
