Yeah, my middle-school kid does this. We have ducks all over the house and car. A few years ago it was tiny plastic babies, hundreds hidden around their school.

I'm more concerned that someone sometimes shovels mine, but not every time. Sometimes they stop two houses away, sometimes right at my property line.

I typically start wearing gloves at around 25 degrees, when my hands stick to the steering wheel. Same with flannel lined pants. Around 0 is when I wear a hat under my hood and maybe a scarf over my face.
Today my torso was fine in Icelandic wool sweater under Carhartt coat but toes got chilled.

I know we should keep them separated, but we go through them pretty quickly.

We have a rack under the prep table/island with skillets stacked on it. We keep potatoes and onions in the largest, least used frying pan, so we see them whenever we are cooking.

I have oil filled electric radiators if you need a couple? Our emergency backups...

Taking a slight detour, insulating the attic would be a big help as well. Do you have to replace your existing heat source?
