Indeed. The auto makers make more of each SUV than compact cars(even ICE). We need mandates/regulations to promote smaller cars.

I worked briefly with a cook on a tugboat in BC in 91. He was 15 when Berlin fell and the task of it's defense was left to him and other boys in the Hitler Youth. He was a very nice man but still you could see his experience haunted him. His book on that voyage was an expose on Mossad.
