Not a cry for help. Just a request for advice. What’s the best solution you’ve found for turning off the fight or flight feeling. I’ve had quite a stressful past 7 months all is ok now but I can’t turn off the tightness and high alert mode. Any help welcome

The weirdest thing about being a big man about to hit 40 is…sometimes you forget. I’m 6ft 4, pretty well built and have a fair bit of fat too. In my head I’m still a 21 year old skinny beam pole who’s awkward lol then I see the odd picture and think oh yeah that’s me.

My son dosnt often dream. He woke up this morning asking if the tiger under the stairs was real. I said yes and have left it at that. He just accepted it and moved on with his day. We’re very different people it seems

Being an active musician hitting 40 next year. One who works, composes, plays live still and travels and sells shows. Still very much indie… is rare these days. Really really rare
