I dont know how the BlueSky API handles the go live bit as havent looked at it yet but could probably set it to poll every 5 minutes or so to set the go live status for 5 minutes. That way if it all crashes it should disable to go live within reasonable time. Thats just off the top of my head though

You could also integrate with the Twitch API and subscribe to go live and end of stream events. Would save needing user input and could have the tool self terminate after it ends. Wouldn't solve all problems like a PC crashing but would probably be the easiest from a user perspective?
