Not a handful. At least 20. Only 7 voted to convict him when the offense was actual insurrection, which included attacks on the very chambers in which they sat. There is zero likelihood that the Senate would remove him. Even if we were to pick up a few R seats in November, it‘s not going to happen.

Your message is that socialism is ok when Trump does it and he’s not doing it hard enough. What is wrong with you? These are tax dollars going from the pockets those who did not vote for him or his tariffs to those who did. THE FARMERS VOTED FOR THE TARIFFS. Let them suffer the consequences, not us.

I’m with you, Simon, but I’d like to know why anyone thinks that files that have been in the hands of the miscreants running DOJ for ten months are going to be released before thoroughly scrubbing references to Trump. Any thoughts on that?

You aren’t fooling anyone. What a horrendous mistake. Are the 8 defecting senators getting calls of support from their constituents? No. Their lines are jammed with people begging them not to do this. After all of the work by D voters to enable last week’s huge victory, this is a kick in the groin.

It would have been great to have a primary, but Biden dropped out on 7/21/24. There was literally not enough time to do the work necessary for a primary. Do you have anything useful to say or do you just enjoy shitposting? A lot of us are ready to do the the work. How about we focus on that?
