Doesn’t this mean that the top 10% control 97% of the wealth? If not, a pie chart is not the right way to illustrate this.

I'm curious about the logic of ranking the 34th pick as the 8th best rookie, but assigning a B grade. Ultimately, irrelevant, but it doesn't make sense alone or in the context of the rest of the rankings/grades.
