Enjoyed the pod as usual, but I have to say that Dubz’ kicking abilities is getting massively overstated. Agreed it probably has highlighted Popes limitations but the drop off in shot stopping, command of area, balls in the air and willingness to come off his line from Pope to Dubz is stark for me.

The Italian international who doesn’t play 6 for his country and didn’t play 6 for Milan. Bruno’s best pos is the 6. He’s top 3 in the league on his day, why would you move him out of there 1. When he hasn’t been great when pushed further forward 2. His ‘replacement’ would also be out of position?

We had a winning side that Eddie made one forced change to? The Italian international had 4 starts in the league D2 L2. Didn’t have an influence on the game. There are individuals that are not playing up to the level but it’s not the ones you are inferring.

Bruno’s best games for the club have been as a rigid 6. Plays better when the games in front of him he isn’t in any fashion an 8. Schar looks for the wonder ball all the time but we have to be honest with ourselves he’s been shite at it this season and there has been easier passes on.

We had enough chances with Isak and Gordon to take control of the same. Willock chance, god knows why he hits it soo hard.

Tonight’s game has me questioning a lot of things. 1st game with real expectation from outside the fanbase and it felt like they went missing. General decision making and so many passes being under hit killing momentum in the move. The missed chances doesn’t put as much emphasis on clipped balls.

Nature of the game is to look towards the EH but I think players need a proper look at themselves here. Too many times our ‘best’ are found to be lacking. Most animated I’ve seen Howe on the TL. We all worry about losing names but (hyperbole incl) there isn’t 1 I wouldn’t trade to ^Grade the squad.
