I'm 58 years old and transgender. I drive truck for a living, traveling all over the USA. Squirrel (my dog) and I have been on the road together for 7 years now. I truly just want to live the rest of my life authentically. I'm just tired of the hatred.

Just had my 58th birthday. I can say that you can learn who you are at any age. And you often don't even realize you've learned until you look back and see how you were presenting in the past.

My family has fought in every major American conflict since the Revolutionary War. Why can't this Congress stand up for what is right? Why do we have to watch this regime destroy our country? When does Congress do their job?

Im not sure, but it seems that we are living in the most uncertain times on modern history. That society is at a precipice, can still continue but will fall if not extremely careful.

The 42nd Infantry Division band played at Taco's birthday parade. They are a badass unit with a lot of history. However, they are known as the Rainbow Brigade. I smile inside.

Happy Pride, everyone. I've been holding a low profile on Bluesky. The format is a little odd to me. However, I'm going to change this. As an introduction, I am trans. I didn't do anything to be trans so I guess I'm more grateful than proud. Grateful that I found myself after 55 years.

A bully can not be reasoned with. A bully lives by force. The only thing they respect is force. All 3 branches of the government have capitulated to the bully because they don't understand this. I hate violence, but I hate bullying more. When do we force the bully?

I fail to understand why trans people, about 1% of the population, are being targeted as evil. We are doing our best to be good people. ALL scientific evidence supports gender affirming care and acceptance as reality. Just leave us alone, and maybe try being nice...

I've noticed a disturbing trend. On Fb, I have seen a decrease in interaction from my friends list. I'm hoping that it's because I post a lot of trans stuff and my right wing friends have just stopped commenting. I hope it's not the Facebook gods minimizing my style on their sacred Trump ground.
