I'm now playing with the idea of adding audio versions of my old posts, but I'm not sure if I'll go through with it. Every "feature" I think of just seems superfluous and unnecessary at this point 😅

I think the other main piece of work was on the build pipeline. I now have quite a good setup that takes my notes (I write in Obsidian and push to a git repo) and then builds the site by automatically parsing the folder and file structure I use :) as well as pulling in images from Bluesky

heh well it hasn't been all that bad (thankfully). Looking back, I haven't really added all that many features beyond what Bearblog used to provide me out of the box (Bear was my old blogging platform). Maybe multiple RSS feeds (per post category) and an image gallery are the main things?
