Today I decided I’d eat what I felt like and see where that gets me on the food tracker. 21 grams of protein and 897 calories isn’t very good. Experiment over time to stuff my face.
A dial saying I’ve eaten 21 grams of protein (114 grams under goal) and another saying I’ve eaten 897 calories (1,651 under).

I did not have fennel, but I had shallots
Red cutting board. On the left about a dozen cloves of peeled garlic. In the middle about 8 thinly sliced shallots. On the right two dozen thinly sliced sliced thai bird chilis (mostly yellowish). I’m holding a pint mason jar. You can mostly see chilis and garlic cloves.
