When I was ~21 I ran outside in the middle of winter to get the mail without a coat and in the course of sprinting back I slipped and totally ate it. Partially got my hands out in front of me but still got a 1-inch gash on my forehead that required stitches. No alcohol involved & I was athletic. 🤦

Not defending him/his gross words, but someone wearing an American flag ran in to trip him the second time he fell and it's not impossible that he got tripped the first time (he's almost entirely out of frame as he starts to fall). Dude who kicked him is lucky he didn't truly eat the curb.

I don't think that's what this article says, at all. What's outlined is a process where police can request footage and "Ring users can decided whether or not to send the footage", presumably based on location, since "Ring won't share information about the users who declined to share footage".
