When I felt like that a few years ago, I quit my job and started taking estrogen. Don’t know if that’s at all helpful advice for you. Maybe you have something else that you feel might make you feel good but it’s too stupid or dangerous to have done it before now.

Every day we keep on living is a victory against the bastards. We just gotta hang on for a year or two, and things will turn around for the better. Just keep getting 1500 calories and an hour outside.
