BDSP being bad aside, I really think gamefreak should bring the TCG artists to make the box arts or if they did, they should let them go all. Like the TCG honestly feels like it has some of the best pieces of official artwork in the entire series

Since theres not as much in terms of mainline games (at least beyond what’s known with just legends ZA), im hoping that the ZA and whatever comes after like Generation 10 gets the resources it needs without either being compromised

With how legends ZA being put off to 2025, Im hoping things do get better in the back end of things as that year with legends arceus was overwhelming with it coming out 2 months after BDSP and Scarlet/Violet being announced not long after and releasing in the same year

If they can’t do level scaling as I think a refined form of legends Arceus’s approach of multiple open zones that are interconnected to each other without a singular hub could allow from gradual progression both level wise and Pokemon distribution

Scarlet/Violet definitely could have benefited from more time in the oven as it suffered a similar issue as pokemon XY (fantastic foundation but screwed over in other elements) but I did enjoy the traversal options, though I feel like legends Arceus’s approach of open zones would be better long term

This is making me want to boot up the mega man zero collection and finish zero 3 and zero 4
