Thanks for this Mark! Read through it and the comments, great start. Insurance companies are the 800 lb gorilla. The cost+ less Cap/Ex approach from providers, hospitals and drug/medical supply companies would be great. How do we advance before the billionaire's AGI & ASI render us expendable?
