Tonight was kale mushroom pie, tomorrow is sweet potato tacos, then tomato soup + grilled cheese, rigatoni alka vodka, red thai veggie curry + rice, pizza, & focaccia sandwiches with carrots, cucumber + fake hummus

Today while walking the dog we saw a pair of bald eagles at the top of a cottonwood tree in the park. My kids thought it was cool, but were calm b/c we see eagles several times a year- whereas during my childhood I never saw a single wild eagle.

Depending on the recipe/form of soy, I have had success subbing it with eggplant, mushrooms, chickpeas, or beans.

I've never seen seed trays for sale either, but we poke holes in the bottom of the plastic trays grocery store mushrooms come in. They're smaller but sorta similar.

I was going to suggest the same, especially like shrinking mainline congregations-- the older people are often the ones who are left. Also birding groups & garden clubs seem to skew older.
