Another important theme raised was the placebo and nocebo effect, a reminder of how our expectations can shape therapeutic outcomes. Education and dialogue remain essential if we want to build a safer, more informed environment for mental health.

The session sparked great interest for specialists in child and adolescent psychiatry. It also showed how much we still need to strengthen knowledge in this area, among parents and teachers, who often play a key role in supporting treatment and well-being.
