I am doing really fine in comparison of other with PTSD : I am not addicted at something that will destroy me (only chocolate) and I have a job, I am doing fine so I am not at risk of being fired, despite the low days, but just ... Sometimes life sucks and I need to rant.

I am so very tired. I want to sleep without having to see what terrifies me. I want to work without having low days because my body or my mind are suddenly in a state of advanced flashback. I just want to go to the restaurant without any panic attack in the middle, and without meds to meddle that.
