Covering a wide array of psychological concepts within the setting of Pokémon means that there's likely at least one part that'll speak to you. Gender, attachment styles, and more get explored here, and I'm definitely going to find more works by this author group about other games!

Coming out looks different for a lot of people, and we see here a story full of different responses to the MC's own journey by the people in his life. Especially, I appreciate how culture played a role in how it was both expressed and embraced. A solid choice for its topic, in my opinion.

Already posted a bit about how much I was gushing over this a little while ago, but the setting was pretty carefully crafted, and the power system was executed well. My only gripe is that the ending focuses a lot on open-ended plot elements for a sequel that's been discontinued. Otherwise, worth it.

Yikes.
Gonna relisten to the last 20% of this when I can, but the story prior to this felt frustrating. The lack of actual communication and refusal to open up about problems just culminated in such a terrible way. Then the MC using time travel to undo the events of this and the prequel just... No.
