I want to tell you Prof, I've actually gotten into Pauper largely thanks to you (as well as @carlmarket.bsky.social and Mengu). It's a great format and I'm slowly infecting my Pioneer group with it. We come early and play before FNM. If I ever get picked for a fan SU&P we better get to play pauper!

I moved to a new state, so playing at the LGS has been a boon for making new friends. My partner and I finally bought a house so my LGS is going to be further now. Not too far, but I may end up cutting down from weekly to every-other 😢. I'm still excited to try new stores in my new area however.

I work as a purchaser for a US auto manufacturer. I buy tools from various countries all over the world. This mess has made my job so miserable.

The Cardmarket crew seem like such awesome hosts. In the beginning when you mentioned you were waiting to be picked up, I was expecting a taxi or something. Not an incredible walking tour led by Carl!

I go to a store that hit capacity and had to turn people away for FDN and BLB prereleases, but we were at maybe 60-65% capacity Friday.

It's a great, well thought out post. But I don't think it matters. I think we're too far lost as a society. The people who need to read this either won't, or if they do, they lack the ability to feel empathy, and instead will only be left offended.
Maybe I'm just a doomer but I've given up hope.

Man, I started buying the cards for Pixie like a month ago when Fireshoes first put a spotlight on it, and I still haven't gotten all of them. Haven't even gotten to play the deck before it hit max hater status.

These are great boxes, and my favorite as far as this style goes. Is there any hope of an 80 card sized one in the future? I can't even squeeze a single sleeved 75 card deck in one of the 50s. I'd love one that held my double sleeved standard deck+Sideboard
