The elderly, decrepit, and crooked convicted felon and adjudicated rapist has pardoned so many crooks that donated money to his grift that he's having to re-pardon them already after they've done more crimes.
It's not a government. It's a crime spree.

The elderly, decrepit, and crooked convicted felon and adjudicated rapist has pardoned so many crooks that donated money to his grift that he's having to re-pardon them already after they've done more crimes.
