Unfortunate circumstances to ploy economics against athletes who spend years and years to get to this stage. Biggest international sports event outside of the Olympics, have a hard time believing this is a possibility. More concerning is security for this WC.

We’re monitoring here in Hilton Head. Had clients who planned to make the trip to Atlanta this weekend but have since canceled. Not worth the risk. We lose power during hurricane or tropical storms and it’s the worst not having ETA on back up.

You need somewhere to live, I would rather have 3-100% of something than 0% of nothing.
Although the age of first time home buyer I believe is up to 38 now, real estate is an asset that’s tangible and you can physically enjoy daily.

Basically our only local entertainment being 30 mins from Hilton Head. Amazing story for how quickly the owner has scales and turned it around from what used to be the Savannah sand gnats. Worked his ass off and deserves every bit of it.

We’re at 4 1/2 months of inventory which still makes it a sellers market. But single family on HHI is being gobbled up..condos are slower. We are seeing new markets from the west, to Midwest and NE move here which we haven’t seen before. Ppl are being priced out of Florida, more affordable here.

Owner of a real estate firm here on Hilton Head. We’ve seen more written business since beginning June on purchase offers and buyers agreements then April/May combined. Whether that be primary usage or investment. Buyers are tired of waiting on the sideline.

ESPN going all in on him is truly baffling. The decline of the network cutting so many great journalists. He’s been horrendous for years, ever since he somehow had a lead show screaming at senile skip bayless every morning.
