Update to this case: ups closed my claim without contacting me at all. I tried to reopen it, lady said it was reopened. I tried to ask questions and she hung up on me. I am exhausted

Last night marked the first time I EVER had to roll Death Saves in a DnD campaign and managed to get a Nat 20 on the SECOND roll.
