So exciting to receive my author copy of the DK Beijing & Shanghai guidebook. It's exciting to see this in print, because I freelance edited the update in 2019 which got quietly shelved due to the pandemic. So it's extra special to finally hold this book. The full China guide is coming in April!

This week I'm at the UN in Vienna for a conference on dark and quiet skies organised by the UN Office for Outer Space Affairs. This group of people has been working relentlessly for several years to find solutions to the problem of satellite constellations and light and radio pollution. 🛰️🌌
