I can't read this story. I eat turkey on T-giving and truly enjoy it. I also eat it other days. When I was a new reporter in the early 90s, I was sent to a turkey slaughtering facility in rural Kansas to do a "happy" story for Thanksgiving. It was agony. I didn't eat turkey for more than a year.
