Art Block BEGONE! Prompt 2 - Dreams

So I had a dream I woke up a few nights ago that I was getting chased down by Vegeta from Dragon Ball over a Tax Refund, and I'm representing said dream with my two characters. Vegeta's white eyes is meant to show his rage.
