Awwwwww. Shucks. Did a few years of Spanish. Finished all the Ukrainian lessons awhile ago but haven’t looked if they added more. Some Polish for a reason you know but there were too many consonants. Focus on French the past 2 or so years. Threw in German when my brother was doing Duolingo.

I started the day my daughter started college. Started learning Spanish the day she did.

Oh and this could be her Costco? She’s by herself this week with C on a work trip. Maybe she needs to get him some as a Christmas gift and herself dosa batter. lol.

I have no idea what you are talking about but I read this to Sophia’s brother Jacob and he is still trying to explain it to me. He’s highly entertained.

And that’s my kid singing. I sit next to him in the choir so he’s easier to photograph than the other cantor all the way on the other side of the choir loft.

Great sermon. Some of my favorite hymns. Smooth transition to new service music/prayers of the people/Eucharistic Prayer for the season. Blue paper for the bulletins. I sometimes wonder if anyone notices I use liturgical colors?

My Jewish husband got me a coffee Advent calendar. He’s a keeper. And I’m going to read the new book of our parish chaplain. Rarely have I been this organized.

Indeed. #57 as the opening hymn on Advent 1 is the best.

Yeah really. We have a funeral next week. Got those bulletins done today. Making looonnng lists for wardens of things I usually do behind the scenes funeral day. ‘Cause guess what. Office is closed that day. This proud mama heads to Trenton for daughter’s ceremonial swearing in as attorney.

Agree. We are Thanksgiving-ing with daughter’s partner’s large family. We are bringing vegetarian gravy and my grandmother’s cornbread. Going to follow my advice to you from a few days ago and instead of feeling im cheating, just enjoy my people.
