I've always had a knack for designing meaningful and efficient learning and instruction. Today, I analyzed my #BalAVisX training agenda and created a new tool that will hopefully be helpful to participants. Who will I see in 2025?

Most of the Bal-A-VisX exercises have individual, partner, and small-group variations. When one becomes proficient in an exercise, one must teach it to someone else. These elementary-aged humans had never done this bounce together before. They worked together to figure it out, problem-solving.

#BalAVisX is for all ages. This group of folks is facilitated by my student assistant, Evan. They meet one time per week to keep their minds sharp and their bodies moving.
