Prob only the MJ flu game compares, because none of the other great performances involve incredible athletic performance PLUS dominating the other team defensively? Can’t compare to Phelps, Woods, secretariat, etc. Pretty sure it was the greatest single-athlete performance of all time.

I was 10 then, and it’s seared into my memory- totally devastating. My son is now 10, and tonight he was completely crushed, but also he got to see the Eagles win 2 Super Bowls in his lifetime?? So I mean, I think it’s not nearly as bad? Kids these days have no idea how we suffered!
