MAGA has turned DEI into this idea that organizations all had certain “quotas” to fill and none of those jobs/opportunities were for white men, which is not the case. An organization that supports DEI is simply inviting ALL people to apply and it says, “you are welcome here.” (1/2)

My theory is that the republicans realized there a lot of different “pockets” of crazy people who will vote on single issues and they made promises to each pocket like a middle school election.
