Google has abandoned employee diversity targets, saying on Wednesday that as a federal contractor, the company needed to comply with President Trump’s executive orders opposing diversity, equity and inclusion policies.

It’s really disheartening to see trans users having to step back from Bluesky because of the influx of transphobic harassment. Trans posters built the culture of this platform and it would behoove cis allies to advocate for their safety as Bluesky expands and they get targeted

I used to work at a boutique in Happy Valley, OR where/when Lori Chavez-DeRemer was mayor and she was our RUDEST customer by far. And when she was mayor, she only went by Lori DeRemer. She didn’t add the Chavez until her congressional campaign. She really sucks
