The EU must’ve sent Zelensky to the White House with an edict to speak his mind and not hold back. They must’ve said Trump would lose it, take the bait, and publicly align with an autocratic dictator. And they must’ve told Zelensky that there would be falling out with the US but “we got your back.”

A trade war with Canada, who is repsonsible for more than half of crude oil imports; Mexico, largest importer for U.S. carmakers; and China, leader in EV manufacturing, would result in higher gas costs, higher conventional automobile cost, and fewer Chinese EVs in America. Well played, Elon.
