I wish I had the mind to write poetry. I struggle so much to convey my feelings that I'm starting to feel like this may be my only option to really share with the world how I feel in words, no matter how incomprehensible these feelings are.

You could be face down, drowning, in an inch of water, but somebody walking ankle deep will still say it's only a puddle

Two stars, smoldering in the night sky. Seperated by millions of light years and eons of time, but burning fiercely together from the only points of view that matter.

Heaven is a promise made between the two of us and kept unbroken

Lift up the dreams of those who can dream no more /
Like a blazing torch passed along between you /
Carrying hope into the future /
For those that come after
