Listening to the SCOTUS oral arguments re Trump v. Slaughter -- the main reason John Sauer argues all these 'unitary executive' cases is a) he is slipperier than eel s^^^, speaks out of both sides of his mouth like breathing, and is hard to listen to. His voice distracts from his flawed arguments.
