Same. My Dad was a lifelong hs history teacher. My son works in politics and helped the current Gov elected (currently works in the Oregon statehouse). ⤵️

This is a big deal. Plenary authority has been used in other places: Nazi Germany and Kim Jun IL in North Korea. Miller said the quiet part out loud. Why do you think the Supreme Court is making the decisions it is? It's because they also believe the doctrine of unitary/plenary authority.
