I knew it but didn't have the words to name it! Almost everything is more complicated than it should be, especially technology which we are told we have to have to function in today's world, but which is regularly more expensive and performs new tricks that we don't really need.

There may still be the possibility of survival, but I am about at the point of believing that the human species deserves whatever disasters come about due to greed and stupidity.

While this is no surprise from the president who puts no value in Nature or the health of the planet, it is despicable. And, as stated, the people of the United States will suffer for it.

Good for Starke County!! This rush to "everything AI" needs to slow down! The water and energy use is outrageous, causing all of our electric bills to go up and our clean water sources to be used up. And for what? AI slop...yuck!

Why rely on an energy source from the Victorian era that is bad for our health? We now have the tech to harness clean energy sources like solar, wind, geothermal. Let's move forward, not back to the past, and keep us all healthy.

Excellent ideas in this article. Blue states have more economic power than many people realize. Things may never go back "to the way they were" so building something new sounds like a good plan.
