More like 45ish yeah! In fairness even at my peak weight I was in the gym (weights 3-4x weekly) so my body comp still was roughly 55-60kg muscle but I was eating pretty bad and just not taking care of myself.

Do more things that I WANT to do, fit in time for all my personal projects! Stream more regularly do it for myself, make the content I want to make and have fun doing it.

Life is tough and scary, but it’s also beautiful and exciting. I believe in all of you. There will be bad days, there will be dark times. Yet as long as you keep going you’ll see the good days too.

My resolutions now- continue to work on myself, my physique, my mental, my emotional health.

Am I ‘fixed’? Hell no, but I’m doing better, much better. I’m happier I’m healthier and surrounded by people who love and support me.

It was hard, it was scary, it was lonely and it will continue to be so. It won’t suddenly become perfect overnight or even over days, weeks, months, years.
