so who do we report the NHS to for its 'Gender Exploratory Therapy' for trans kids?
January 29, 2026 at 5:47 PM
my response from them was almost word for word. I called them out but i doubt they'll say anything beyond and just say to follow up the complaints process

My understanding is that it is clearly unlawful... but I think apart from complaining or suing, you can only report it to the EHRC which... well 🙃
Happy to be wrong though.

Its a good question. Maybe balance, maybe streamlining, maybe just overlooked.
Ive been noodling adding something like Daggerheart's 'Experiences' to maybe have a few story circumstances that give bonuses. Maybe proficiency when a skill check is not proficient but thematically sound.

Not a lawyer type, but having written a number of complaints I tend to say something like:
"Factually spurious ill-defined term with the sole purpose of de-legitimising the targets identity"
Would welcome other tactics from people waaay smarter than me! (like you lot)

Just so you know, the BBC say they can quote SM trans medicine because 'she represents an organisation which includes medics (as well as other expertise) and which has submitted its views on numerous discussions of gender medicine in the past'
So theyre loud, basically
January 14, 2026 at 9:44 PM
indeed! So sad I had literally just finished my latest 2nd stage complaint mentioning SM before I saw this news

My guess would be that 'dignified and respectful' abuse and segregation doesnt count as punching to her.
Coz Supreme Court n' stuff innit
January 1, 2026 at 8:34 PM
Didn't FsWS get amended post judgement too? In quite an egregious way? Should send that to the BBC asking why that wasn't a front page story
December 24, 2025 at 8:19 PM
was a fun watch. your deep emotions shone through, especially your love for Marisha
December 23, 2025 at 6:15 PM
Leave off the 'now living as' otherwise it still implies trans women are not women
December 20, 2025 at 5:22 PM
it also in no way impartial
December 19, 2025 at 5:33 PM
Its absolutely disgusting and I have multiple open complaints with the BBC regarding this issue. They are constantly attempting to dismiss their bigotry as clarifying but it is just disgustingly offensive, frankly.

Trans Safety Network are concerned to see that NHS England have committed to expanding the role of the National Research Oversight Board for Children and Young People’s Gender Services to cover audit and research for adult patients too.

ahh fluid mech. So interesting yet so challenging for a mediocre to bad mathematician like me.
December 18, 2025 at 4:14 PM
The harms they continue to commit are clear. Given how bad things are we should welcome the Levy report. But we sit here waiting, hoping that at MIGHT not make things WORSE.
How is that reasonable
December 18, 2025 at 1:57 PM
The supportive comments by you and some of your colleagues were welcome and appreciated. One thing that I felt was not covered enough was the simple fact that we (trans people) DO NOT TRUST the NHS and those at DHSC.
December 18, 2025 at 1:56 PM
feel the same. knew it was coming, was feeling okay. Not sure now... definitely spiking anxiety
December 18, 2025 at 1:48 PM
gl with electro! Tattoo numbing cream is your friend (well, at least it has been for me)
December 17, 2025 at 7:19 PM
yea I called them out on it and explained that their use is factually incorrect and is directly misleading readers. Doubt they'll care 🙃
December 17, 2025 at 7:18 PM
Theyre even invoking the use of the term by the Supreme Court as an Appeal to Authority
December 17, 2025 at 7:11 PM
Peggie*
December 17, 2025 at 7:10 PM
theyre sending out blanket boilerplate responses like this to everyone re the Fife Leggie and Leonardo cases. They double down on their feeling that they are 'accurate, impartial and providing clarity'
December 17, 2025 at 7:10 PM
Been thinking about this wording a lot. Doesn't this make (for example) The Labour Women's Conference thing clearly Direct Discrimination against GRC holders under the equality Act? Either dont get all membership benefits (harm) or break the law (harm)
