Sahte diploma mevzusunda asıl mağdurlar bu diplomaları alan kişiler. Bedavaya almayacağım üniversitelerin diplomalarını üzerine para verip almışlar. Hikayedeki en büyük dolandırıcılık burada.

Each year, it gets worse. I can only hope we’ll be better prepared next time. But the truth is, nothing will change unless people start demanding it.
Wildfires that have engulfed Turkey for weeks threatened the country’s fourth-largest city, causing more than 1,700 people to flee their homes and leaving a firefighter dead.

Bu beceriksizin önceki açıklamalarında neden gerizekalıya anlatır gibi anlatmaya çalıştığı belli oldu ya, ancak gerizekalıları inandırabilirdi zaten.

Sooo they can actually pinpont a target and precisely hit it without leveling the whole town. Interesting.
😮 The home of one of the assassinated Iranian commanders. The missile pierced the wall and then exploded.

Got really annoyed the other day by a tiny Postgres bug I remembered from a few years back. I was surprised to see it hadn’t been fixed, until a few hours later when I realized the customer was still on v14. 🤦‍♂️

Just saying, maybe it’s time to consider upgrading for all as v18 is around the corner.

Maybe, bluesky isn’t much different after all.
🚨 BREAKING: My Bluesky account has been banned. I've lost access to DMs and can no longer upload photos or videos—punishment for reporting on Gaza. I won’t be silenced. You can follow my continued coverage on my backup account: bsky.app/profile/jose...

Online communities often seem decent, or even cool, until I actually join and spend some time reading what they’re saying.

First time needing to use eBPF to hook into some code. And I don’t know what to feel about it. What it shows is definitely interesting, but it also makes me keep asking why quite often.

I'm glad to read that a federal judge has ordered the release of Rümeysa Öztürk. It was disgraceful that she was detained at all
JUST NOW: A federal judge ordered the immediate release of Rumeysa Ozturk, the Tufts PhD student who was taken on the street in Massachusetts by masked immigration authorities.

Ozturk has been detained in Louisiana for the past 6 weeks. But today, the judge ordered that she be allowed to go home.
HAPPENING NOW: Bail hearing for Rumeysa Ozturk, the Tufts PhD student who remains in detention in Louisiana after she was taken from her home in Massachusetts by masked immigration authorities.

The hearing is before a Vermont judge. Ozturk is appearing virtually from Louisiana.

If the amount of MS code written by AI is:
- 30% of all code-> an obvious lie
- 30% of code in *some* projects-> a meaningless metric

I think such statements sound disrespectful to great tech developed by talented engineers at these companies. But that is the leadership, I guess 🤷‍♂️

Sharing just the first page of a paper as an image without a link and not even mentioning its name in the post should be banned.

It’s almost funny how much fear a student newspaper op-ed can provoke.

Just carefully curated a book list for the rest of the year at 3AM. I hope I’ll be this motivated in the morning.

The name “Alex” would go better with some Fenerbahce fans though 🙂. Still pretty good!

Hard to tell if this is a burnout or plain old laziness. Don’t know which one I’d prefer.

Sure, there is a *significant* difference between resources of two platforms. But it's impressive to see how Threads does not suffer from gaining huge number of users in such a short time, while Bluesky may still struggle with "high traffic".

Oh, I have enough space for both. But if I'd have to choose one, that would be Elon.

All the misfits of Twitter brought too much hatred here towards Elon and what he did to Twitter. And I agree with most. But this might lead to a misjudgement about who is the biggest evil of social platforms.

Why does Microsoft want so much to display the weather on everywhere? It's on windows, edge, bing, skype and possibly more.
