Here you are, arguing with an American about how we’re all shit people who aren’t doing anything to save democracy. Some of us are, and that’s the truth. Not everyone has the ability to chain themselves to a government building. The why not, is frankly, no one else’s business. We are doing things.

Sure. I’ll start my arson spree tomorrow. That will undoubtedly be the catalyst to change everything. We have the right to peaceful protest, and can even engage in civil disobedience, I fail to recall the section of the constitution that sanctions arson.
